铜彩色版制造法
Copper color plate manufacturing method
将铜箔粘于塑料表面，经热压成凸凹不平的筋纹、图案等，经常规清洗后，第一步将整版着成黑色;第二步除去凸部的黑膜露出铜基体;第三步凸部着色，遂形成彩色版。可用于建材、厨房、家具及仪器之装饰。

(1)常规清洗后浸入硫化钠饱和溶液中一分钟着成黑色，清洗干燥后，用金刚砂纸除去凸部黑膜，然后浸入硫代硫酸钠80克/升、醋酸铜5克/升、柠檬酸5克/升的溶液中，40分钟后得金黄色。
(1) After routine cleaning, immerse in saturated solution of sodium sulfide for one minute to make black. After cleaning and drying, remove the black film on the convex part with emery paper. Then immerse in solution of sodium thiosulfate 80 g / L, copper acetate 5 g / L and citric acid 5 g / L, and get golden yellow after 40 minutes.
若浸入氯化钠100克/升、柠檬酸铵100克/升、硝酸铜10克/升溶液中，60分钟后得桔黄色。
If it is immersed in 100g / L sodium chloride, 100g / L ammonium citrate and 10g / L copper nitrate solution, it will turn orange after 60 minutes.
